Decumar US Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Decumar US. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed and packaged, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipment tracking details.

2. Warehousing & Shipping Origins

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, all orders are fulfilled and shipped locally within the U.S. directly from our primary U.S. warehouse:

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer nationwide delivery to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Decumar US is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our Dallas warehouse due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
